Enquiries from various sources are fed into the Enquiris Portal. Enquiris serves as a database in storing all the enquiry details such as name, contact number, e-mail id and enquired product/service along with initial call status, and follow-up date and time details.
Various reminders such as follow-up date and time, call back request, inquiry visit date, and payment collection date are shown through a Notification Panel through which the user is intimated about the various inquiries which are in loop. Reminders serve as the comprehensive tool through which all the inquiries related to various services and products can be followed up in a single click.
Once an enquiry turns into a Business Lead, the Payment Module lists out the various types of payments from the client such as down payments, instalments, etc. Payment module also shows the various payment methods such as cheques, demand drafts, bank transfers, cash, etc. There is also option to integrate online payment through which customers can do the payment. Reminders for the instalment collection also can be set, which will displayed in the Notification Panel.
In the Admin Panel various details such as Products, Price, Specifications, etc. can be altered. Also the admin can add new users to access the Enquiris. The Admin can automate the SMS and mailing feature. Admin has the privilege to update, modify or delete content in the application. Furthermore, in admin panel it has option to create, reset or delete users.
Various Reports regarding the Enquiries can be viewed in this module. It also classifies on the basis of source of Enquiry, Total No. of leads, Percentage of Lead Conversion. Total Income on the particular year or total due amount, etc. The reports are displayed in the Excel table and in the charts format which can be used for taking business decisions.
Enquiris serves as an effective customer relationship management system by its inbuilt mailing and SMS system through which messages such as promotion, product details, reminders about classes, payment reminders, and greeting messages can be sent in a single click.
