Project summary: This platform is an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR management system (HRMS) for staffing agencies, corporate HR teams and campus placement coordinators. It replaces spreadsheets and email chains with one system for jobs, candidates, interviews, client and college relationships, and internal staff. Mahadhi Technologies built it with Next.js and PostgreSQL.
The challenge
Recruitment teams juggle job openings, candidate pipelines, interview panels and client contacts across spreadsheets and inboxes. One candidate may suit several openings for different clients, panel interviews produce scattered feedback, and client contacts change often. The platform had to model these many-to-many relationships cleanly and stay fast as data grows.
What we built
- Jobs and candidates: detailed job openings and candidate profiles, with flexible assignment: one candidate to several openings, and several recruiters on one candidate.
- Interview engine: scheduling for panel interviews and group assessments that link multiple candidates and interviewers, with structured feedback captured per candidate.
- Client CRM: lead tracking and client company records with multiple contacts per company, so relationships survive staff changes.
- Campus recruitment: a colleges module for placement drives and placement officers, and a job fairs module that links candidates to sourcing events.
- Internal HRMS: an employee directory with roles, departments and designations, and secure storage of payroll-preparation details.
- Access control: role-based permissions and secure authentication, so each user sees only the data they should.
- Master data: standard job roles, designations, qualifications and departments, plus Indian states and districts for regional recruitment.
