What we do

From enquiry to invoice, one job file.

One system for a forwarder’s whole job, from the customer’s first enquiry to the posted invoice. Every job has one file that holds the parties, containers, charges, documents, trucking, customs, invoice and vendor bills, so nothing lives in a spreadsheet.

Enquiries and quotations

Log enquiries, price them from rate cards, send a PDF quote, and convert the accepted quote into a job with its income and cost lines.

Rate cards and estimator

Standing rates by route and container; an estimator that prices a lane or asks for a quote request when there is no card. USD cards convert at the set rate.

Jobs and job file

Sea, air and land jobs. One file per job: parties, containers, charges, B/Ls, customs, trips, invoice, vendor bills, documents and a timeline.

Documents

Bills of lading, delivery orders, air waybills (master number check), quotation and invoice PDFs, each with an email button.

Customs clearance

Declaration flow from draft to cleared, held and inspection states, permits. AI suggests an HS code from the goods description.

Containers and demurrage

Gate moves, days at terminal, free time, and demurrage posted to the job automatically each night.

Trucking

Plan trips with capacity, licence-expiry and double-booking checks, a phone page for the driver with proof of delivery, cost per km.

Warehouse, stuffing and insurance

Bonded stock receive and release, stuffing tally with QA checklist, cargo insurance premium added to the job.

Tax invoicing

Sequential invoices with VAT and a QR code, ZATCA e-invoicing screens, receipts, vendor bills in foreign currency, ageing.

Ledger and reports

Receipts, payments and invoices post to the ledger by themselves. Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, VAT return, statements.

Job matching

Booked lines, invoice, receipts, vendor bills and payments side by side; a job with a bill above booked cost asks for a written reason to close.

Customer portal and notices

Customers see only their own shipments, documents, invoices and quotes. Container-arrival and invoice notices by email or WhatsApp.

Arabic and Excel

English and Arabic (right-to-left) interface; import and export to Excel on the main lists.

Roles and audit

Permissions per role and an audit log that records each change with before and after values and can check its own integrity.

Optional AI: HS code suggestion

Suggests an HS code from a goods description on a customs declaration. A person confirms the result.

Optional AI: enquiry from an email

Paste a customer email and the enquiry form fills itself; check before saving.

ZATCA: Yaguar includes ZATCA e-invoicing screens and a QR code on tax invoices. Arabic: the interface switches to right-to-left; a few long sentences remain in English and only the tax invoice PDF is bilingual. AI is optional: an administrator switches it on and stores a Gemini key, a person confirms every result, and photos or text sent for a suggestion go to Google’s Gemini service.

Can Yaguar be customised for our forwarding process?

Yes. Yaguar can be customised to suit your business operations, and modules are enabled based on the services you offer.

Does Yaguar handle both export and import shipments?

Yes. Yaguar has separate Export Documentation and Import Documentation modules alongside booking, quotation and financial management.

How can we see a demo of Yaguar?

Use the Request For Demo form on this page or call +91 90423 98423, and we will arrange a walkthrough of the modules relevant to your business.

Does Yaguar work in Arabic?

Yes. The interface switches to Arabic with right-to-left layout. A few long sentences remain in English, and only the tax invoice PDF is bilingual.

Does Yaguar support ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yaguar includes ZATCA e-invoicing screens and a QR code on tax invoices. We do not describe it as ZATCA certified, because Phase 2 signing has not yet been verified against ZATCA’s sandbox.

Does Yaguar use AI?

Optionally. AI can suggest an HS code from a goods description and fill an enquiry form from a pasted customer email. It is off until an administrator switches it on and stores a Gemini key, and a person confirms every result. Text sent for a suggestion goes to Google’s Gemini service.

Can our customers see their own shipments?

Yes. The customer portal shows each customer only their own shipments, documents, invoices and quotes, and container-arrival and invoice notices can go by email or WhatsApp.
