My domain/email registered with Net4 India not working. How to fix?

During April 2019 the ICANN organization got mindful of the bankruptcy procedures started against the registrar Net 4 India Limited (IANA 1007), situated in India. Net4India has a massive number of clients in India. The majority of their clients are battling because of the new bankruptcy procedures while the organization is nearly shutting down its tasks. On 29th Sep 2020, National Internet Exchange of India (Nixi) has permitted the exchange of dot in the domain to other domain enlistment centres.

“In recent days, Nixi was informed that Net 4 India, one of the registrars of NIXI for the country code domain .IN is closing. Nixi has decided not to discontinue the .IN Services for those .IN domain end-users whose renewal is due till December 2020,” Nixi said.

The difficulty began a couple of years prior when Net4India took advances and neglected to reimburse, along these lines, Edelweiss sued Net4India to get its cash back in March 2019. In 2013, Net4India’s Managing Director was held for not depositing service tax.

In June 2019, ICANN had suspended their capacity to make new spaces and started inbound exchanges. The ban is because of the progressing indebtedness procedures. Kindly discover the reference to the itemized notice which is dated 05th June 2019.

Hence, Net 4 India does not offer good customer service for domain transfer or email outages or domain outages. One option is to transfer your domain to renown registrar such as GoDaddy or BlueHost or Domain.com. Since Net4 India does not allow the client to generate the Auth Code, it is mandatory to transfer the domain. The clients are stranded with no option to migrate or rectify their domain or email outage.

The only way out of this is to raise a request to ICANN for generating the Auth Code or Transferring of Domain. You can do so by Tweeting to Head of India, @ICANN Mr Samiran Gupta at the following Twitter Handle.

On the other hand, you can write to him in the following email address.
